Lola’s Spices Caribbean Sea Bass  

 

 

Preheat oven to 375 F,  drizzle Sea Bass filets with Olive Oil, and sprinkle Lola’s Spices Caribbean blend liberally on all sides.  Place fillets on a baking sheet in the center rack of the oven for 12 to 18  minutes, depending on thickness.  It is recommended that Sea Bass reaches an internal temperature of 135 F.  **Sea Bass Filets can also be seared on all sides prior to roasting in the oven. 

 

Lola’s Spices Caribbean Sea Bass in Green Coconut Curry and Butternut Squash Spirals

 

1 Tb Lola’s Spices Caribbean Blend

1 -13.5 oz Coconut Milk *Lite 

3 Garlic cloves minced

1 in. Ginger root minced

1 Tb.  Cilantro freshly chopped

½ cup Onion diced

1Tb Fish Sauce 

2 Tb Green Curry Paste

1 Tb Olive Oil 

 

In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and saute garlic, onions, and ginger until soft about 3 to 5 minutes.  Add Coconut milk, Fish sauce, Green Curry paste, and Cilantro simmer for an additional 10 minutes.  Serve over rice or sauteed Butternut squash spirals.
